Apply a thin layer on to skin by simply gathering a small amount of balm on to your fingers and rub around the specific skin area in a circular motion where the affected joints or muscles are. Use 1-3 times daily, or as needed. Recommended to wait 3 hours after initial use to see how the level of CBD may affect you.
