Recommended Usage: One spray per day for the first 3 days. If required, gradually increase to a maximum of 3 sprays taken 3 times per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Suggested Usage For New Users: Start with 1 spray under the tongue daily, ideally with food. Gradually increase as needed.
