It has been designed to make it easy to take a measured dose and allows it to easily fit into your daily routine. For best results spray the CBD directly under the tongue. Using oral CBD directly under the tongue means the CBD oil is absorbed directly into the bloodstream. Use daily.
This Moment Mist Mouth Spray can be used alongside other MOi + ME CBD topicals which include Temple Moment (500mg CBD Oil Roller), Moment Balm (300mg CBD Balm) or their Nourish Lip Balm (50mg CBD Lip Balm).

Daily Use: Spray three times (18mg dose) directly under the tongue, hold and swallow. Can be repeated up to three times.
Moment Use: Spray five times (30mg dose) directly under the tongue, hold, breathe in & out 5 times, let the peppermint stimulate the senses then swallow.
Maximum daily dose 70mg. 6mg per spray.
